ListMinut is a web start-up founded in 2013 by 3 young entrepreneurs, which raised more than 1M euros. Today, the team is composed of 12 young motivated people based in Brussels & Antwerp.

ListMinut has launched a new way to provide services and make daily tasks carried out in an easy, fast and interactive manner through a web/mobile application with more than 150.000 users. ListMinut is a marketplace where we allow our users to find reliable help for everyday tasks in their neighborhood (gardening, assembling IKEA furniture, babysitting,…)

We are currently looking for the most reliable (and funny😉) Office Manager of this planet! Someone who not only can manage a lot of different crucial tasks (Admin — HR — Accountancy) but also someone trusted by everyone in our company. Mission

  • You’ll be in charge of all the administrative follow-up of the company. Since we’re growing fast, there is a lot to do and it’s changing all the time.
  • You also will participate to a lot of human ressources processes like payroll, contracts, recruitment, onboardings, team buildings, etc.
  • You will be the direct link with our accountants and so prepare and follow-up all the bills or papers for the accountancy.
  • We are also looking for someone who can take care of the happiness of our team. Taking care of their needs, their workplace, etc. will also be part of your mission.
  • Last but not least, a part of the job will be dedicated to elaborate processes for everything you do. Today, we have a lack of processes for this and we expect you to change that 😅
  • A lot of varied other tasks. There’s no exhaustive list because we don’t want to write a whole book.

Required skills

  • Perfect bilingual: You speak and read fluently in French and Dutch.
  • Reliable: this is the most required skill. Reliability is key at ListMinut and it’s even more true for this job position.
  • Multitasking: you’re able to work on a lot of very different tasks. Stress is something you can handle easily.
  • Autonomous: You can work on you own without asking constantly feedback.
  • Likable: You’re confident into being everyone’s best friend and bring the sunshine in the office 😎
  • Organized: You like creating efficient processes.
  • Accurate: Every detail is important for you.
  • Holding a driving licence is mandatory.

Desired skills

  • You are comfortable with English since the entire team speaks English when gathered.
  • You have a professional background related to the job (HR — Admin — Accountancy).
  • You have an academic background in the desired skills.
  • You’re used to work with basic IT tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Slack, etc.)
