ListMinut is a web start-up founded in 2013 by 3 young entrepreneurs, which raised more than 1M euros. Today, the team is composed of 19 young motivated people based in Brussels & Antwerp.

ListMinut has launched a new way to provide services and make daily tasks carried out in an easy, fast and interactive manner through a web/mobile application with more than 250.000 users. In short, a two-sided marketplace where we allow our users to find reliable help for everyday tasks in their neighborhood (gardening, assembling IKEA furniture, babysitting,…)

We are currently looking for the most reliable (and funny😉) HR & Office Manager of this planet!

At ListMinut, we are looking for someone who not only can manage all HR aspects of a fast-growing start-up but also can keep an eye on the wellbeing and comfort of the whole team!

Mission

First, you’ll be in charge of all the HR related aspects of the company:
- Hiring new world-class employees;
- Personal and profesionnal development ;
- Training organization;
- Internal communication;
- Team structure evolution;
- Salary and benefits (payroll, bonus, expenses reimbursment, holidays, etc.);
- etc.

As a HR & Office Manager, you’ll also have to take care of the happiness of our team. Taking care of their needs and of the overall organization of the workspace will be part of your mission. It will be your job to create and maintain an optimal work environment to help the team being even happier to come to work every day (be careful, the target is high! 😅). This includes for instance:
- Supplies and furniture (☕ coffee, 🌱plants, 🔌 IT materials,…);
- Meeting organization;
- Team building & events organization;
- Improving the current workplace (decoration,…);
- etc.

You will also be responsible of the administrative follow-up of the company, related to HR (work contracts, etc) but not only. Since we’re growing fast, there is a lot to do and it’s changing all the time.

This might not be an exhaustive list of all the varied task you’ll do at ListMinut since this will certainly evolve. Still, one sure thing : you won’t get bored!😅

Required skills

  • You speak and read fluently French and English. You’re able to understand and read Dutch.
  • You have minimum 1 year of relevant experience (HR and/or Office Management).
  • Reliable: Reliability is key at ListMinut and it’s even more true for this job position since you’ll have a lot of responsibilities.
  • People oriented: You like interacting with people, to understand their needs and proactively bring solutions before problems arise.
  • Autonomous: You can work on your own without asking constantly feedback.
  • Likable: You’re confident into being everyone’s best friend and bring the sunshine in the office 😎
  • Accurate: Every detail is important to you.
  • Holding a driving licence is mandatory.

Desired skills

  • You have an academic HR background.
  • You’re used to work with basic IT tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Slack, etc.)
  • Organized: You like creating efficient processes.
  • Multitasking: you’re able to work on a lot of very different tasks. Stress is something you can handle easily.
