ListMinut is a web start-up founded in 2013 by 3 young entrepreneurs, which raised more than 1M euros. Today, the team is composed of 13 young motivated people based in Brussels & Antwerp.
ListMinut has launched a new way to provide services and make daily tasks carried out in an easy, fast and interactive manner through a web/mobile application with more than 200.000 users. ListMinut is a two-sided marketplace where we allow our users to find reliable help for everyday tasks in their neighborhood (gardening, assembling IKEA furniture, babysitting,…)
We are currently looking for someone who will be in charge of the paid acquisition of new users (both clients and service providers). A passionate marketeer that will join our marketing team and will be in charge of acquiring thousands of new users every month.
For the last 6 years, we have been building a strong multi-channel acquisition machine that we want to continue improving. 💪 We’re currently looking for a digital marketing passionate willing to help us bring our acquisition to the next level. So if you also have marketing flowing through your veins, you might be the rare gem we’re looking for. Be ready to take a lot of responsibilities!

Mission
- Development and execution of successful marketing strategies
- Report marketing KPI’s
- Analyzing data to better drive our strategy
- Optimize campaigns (SEA, SMA, Affiliate,…)
- Set-up new multi-channel marketing tests.
- Build strong corporate partnerships
- Keep up-to-date with high level best practices for SEA, Social Media, UX, but also keep an eye on industry / competitors.
Required skills
- 1–3 years relevant experience
- You speak and write fluently Dutch and/or French.
- Creative: You can think out of the box and come up with new creative ideas.
- Autonomous: You can work on your own without asking constantly feedback.
- Proactive: You dare to take initiatives and suggest improvements.
- Organized: You can create a marketing plan and stick to all the deadlines.
- Accurate: You never ever will make a spelling mistake 🧐
Desired skills
- You are comfortable with English since the entire team speaks English when gathered.
- You have an academic background in the desired skills.
- You’re used to work with simple IT tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Slack, etc.)
